Dustin Stark
Dustin has been with this ministry since the day of its inception. From age five he has been doing his part in expanding the Kingdom of God by way of The Master’s Plan Ministries. From construction to Worship, from delivering food to the needy, to delivering the Gospel to the Church. Now at age 24, Dustin has been leading the Worship Team at the Master’s Plan Community Church for 12 years. He is the father of 2 Boys with a Little Girl on the way, and has been serving Christ alongside his Wife, Anna for four years, both inside and outside the walls of the Church. Dustin would like to thank his Wife, Anna, for her endless service, loyalty, and devotion; His parents Becky and Josh for sticking it out and never giving up on him; and his Grandparents, Pastors Bob and Angie, for constanly pushing him to be a better servant for Christ
Danny Davis
When I was a young child, I attended church with my Grandma Davis, and we lived in the Finger Lakes region. At about age 8, I moved to Dayton. My siblings and I were sent to the neighboring church for Sunday School for a while, but when we moved to Perrysburg, that ended; it wasn’t a priority in our lives. As I got older, every time I returned “back home” to the Finger Lakes upon leaving, my heart would be heavy, like I was deeply missing something. Moving forward to 2005, Michelle, our children, and I were able to take a trip to Europe. While in a beautiful church in France, I sat down in silent prayer, asking the Lord what He would want of me. Each time I felt stopped at “do you want me to preach your word or?” and nothing else would come. So, I decided to pray out loud, but the same thing happened; nothing else would come. Finally, I said, “OK”. At that point, I felt the overwhelming power of the Spirit of the Lord fall upon me like I had never felt before or since. When I came home, life happened, and I procrastinated for a few years. Eventually, with encouragement, I began attending the NY District School of Ministry. Upon graduating, I became a licensed minister and became the Family Pastor at a local church. I never felt fully comfortable in my role, but knew that as I trusted God, he would show me the way. That was when one of our friends from the church said, “Dan, there’s this place up in Dayton you gotta go see.” Eventually, I went. Little did I know he was also telling Angie that there was a guy Angie should have preach. So eventually, I began preaching here, gradually it became monthly, and then through circumstances only led God, we both began attending here regularly. We have not looked back. I believe that God led me here as a perfect blend with Pastors Dustin, Bob and Angie, we each have our roles and we minister together for “such a time as this”.

I came to the Lord in 1979. I was searching for God, but had no idea what to do. A friend reluctantly asked me to come to a bible study, which is where I heard the Gospel and came to Christ. Unfortunately, the bible study was lead by a false prophet, but God kept me from getting involved any further. From that time I have had a great love for Gods word, and learning all I could reading various theologians and bible teachers, (which I still do !). This led to several mission trips with Mercy Ships, street ministry in Buffalo and Niagara Falls, using the talents God gave me to help several ministries, and my greatest passion, the motorcycle ministry which led me to be ordained by Chaplen Fellowship International in 2008. I met Angie when I heard there was a need in the original building for a heating system, that was in 2011. The heating system was installed, one thing led to another, and here I am! (I never expected to co-pastor a church with my wife Angie, but I guess that was “The Masters Plan”. So here we go again, in the process of installing another heating system for this new addition and looking forward to whatever God has in store!

The Master’s Plan affirms the divine inspiration and authority of the whole Canonical Scriptures.
We believe in the doctrine of the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
We believe in the fall of humanity, our moral depravity, and our need for regeneration.
We believe in the atonement made through the substitutionary death of Christ.
We believe in justification by faith.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.
We believe in the resurrection of the body, both of the just and the unjust.
We believe in the eternal life of the saved and the eternal punishment of the lost.
